I have been asked many time what is the cheapest city to own a home? Normally I would just say not to look for a cheap house in a major city because if it’s cheap it’s not the best place to live. Enough people told me they only care about the price and nothing else. So I made that list. Cities you can own a home for under $100,000.
If you buy one of these homes just make sure you know what the mortgage is and what the city may require. And have insurance.
Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. These videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. I most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you want some happy positive information about a city, town or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine and rainbows. They won’t tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you’ll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.
