Selling Real Estate

OUR FIRST KENTUCKY FARM! A recap of the mistake of selling this place!

Join us for a look back at our first Kentucky land, aka Kentucky farm, that we bought back in 2012 or 2013. This was how we came to really enjoy some of the more laid back living in Western Kentucky. I’ll walk you through the purchasing process, how we made some profit on the farm after a full survey, a cabin build, and some fun hunting adventures with the kids. This was a great real estate investing property, as it had so much potential in so many different ways. It laid out very big with mixed crop fields, CRP fields, and plenty of hardwood forest. We built a new cabin as part of our overall strategy. Thanks for joining us, and don’t forget to hit the Like button and subscribe to follow our new adventures on our New ‘Kentucky 201’ farm that we just purchased and are starting over again! Mrs. Kapper will work on rehabbing the farmhouse and I will go to work on the land. Should be another great life adventure! Thanks! Kapper Outdoors, living the dream, one acre at a time.
