The Three Immutable Laws Of Real Estate Investing | Apartment Syndictaion Tips

If you’ve watched some of his other videos or listened to his podcast, The Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show, you’ve heard Joe mention what he refers to as his “Three Immutable Laws Of Real Estate Investing”. These laws come from interviewing over 1000 people for his podcast. The guest that had lost a lot in 2008 all had one or more of these laws working against them:

– They were hoping for appreciation, rather than buying for cash flow
– They did not have long term debt in place. In 2008, if your loan came due, good luck finding reasonable financing.
– They did not have adequate cash reserves

Joe will explain more in this video about why following these 3 laws will best protect you in the event of another downturn.
